These terms govern use of The Giffen Group website and participation in the September 2026 through August 2027 Altitude Leadership Cohort. If a separate written agreement applies, the more specific written agreement controls where it differs.

Website use

You may use this website for lawful informational and business purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt the site, misuse its forms, gain unauthorized access, or copy and redistribute protected materials without permission.

Website content is provided for general educational and informational purposes. It is not legal, financial, tax, medical, or mental-health advice. The Giffen Group works to keep information accurate but does not promise that every page will always be complete, current, or error-free.

Intellectual property

The Giffen Group owns or is authorized to use the text, design, branding, and original materials published on this site. Altitude, 5 Voices, and named GiANT leadership tools and concepts are GiANT products and intellectual property. Participation does not transfer ownership or grant permission to reproduce, teach, sell, or distribute protected course materials beyond authorized personal use.

Altitude Leadership Cohort

Program and schedule

The cohort is led by Ryan Giffen and runs from September 2026 through August 2027. The first Live Core Group meets virtually on Thursday, September 3, 2026, from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Central. Meetings continue every other Thursday. Participants also work through the Altitude Course and apply the material between meetings.

Enrollment and written acceptance

Submitting an enrollment request does not by itself create a place in the cohort or a payment obligation. The Giffen Group will confirm fit and availability and provide these terms for written acceptance. Enrollment is complete when written acceptance and the required Stripe payment authorization are recorded. After the initial payment, The Giffen Group will place the resulting subscription into a participant-specific Stripe Subscription Schedule designed to end automatically after payment twelve.

Payment commitment

Enrollment is a twelve-month commitment consisting of twelve monthly payments of $260, for a total of $3,120. The participant-specific Stripe schedule is intended to end automatically after payment twelve.

All twelve payments remain due, unless otherwise approved by The Giffen Group.

Participant responsibility

Altitude is a practical leadership-development experience. Results depend on participation, honest reflection, application, and the circumstances of each participant. The Giffen Group does not guarantee a particular business, financial, career, or organizational outcome.

Respect and confidentiality

Participants are expected to contribute respectfully and protect personal, organizational, and business information shared by other participants. The Giffen Group may address conduct that undermines the safety, integrity, or usefulness of the cohort.

Third-party platforms and links

The website and cohort may use services provided by Squarespace, Stripe, GiANT, 5 Voices Pro, calendar providers, and other third parties. Those providers may apply their own terms and privacy practices. The Giffen Group is not responsible for unrelated content or services on third-party websites.

Changes and contact

The Giffen Group may update these website terms when its services or legal requirements change. Material cohort changes will be communicated directly to affected participants.
